Pomeranian Employers” has been operating since 1991, being one of the first Polish employer’s organizations to be legitimized by the Polish Employers’ Organization Act of 23 May 1991.

We were formerly known as the Gdansk Employers’ Association between 1991 and 2010.

“Pomeranian Employers” organization is a member of the Polish Confederation Lewiatan, established for the nation-wide representation of Polish employers within the European Union. The representative organization status of Polish Conferederation Lewiatan legitimizes its role as a statutory partner in effective social dialogue.

Our representatives embody Pomeranian entrepreneurs within the public administration and the local government. They can also significantly influence the changes in the law. We are the creators of various standpoints, opinions, reports and strategies concerning the national and the local economic development.

Our members can participate in many worthwhile meetings with domestic and European politicians, and also with business, cultural and scientific representatives. We cooperate with all of the companies-dedicated supervisory bodies.
